John Hooker is University Professor of Operations Research and Holleran Professor of Business Ethics and Social Responsibility, Emeritus, at Carnegie Mellon University. He taught highly popular courses in cross-cultural management for some 20 years at CMU, which were recognized with two teaching awards. His 200+ publications include a book on Working across Cultures and a number of articles on cross-cultural business and ethics. He has lived and worked in 10 countries on six continents, including twice in China.
