  • Management communication, change management communication, corporate communication, crisis communication, interpersonal communication, high-stakes presentations, visual communication techniques and strategies, business communication technology and tools. Research focuses on incorporating behavioral, social, coordination, and group process theory in the design of technology and tools for structuring informational tasks and communication in business.
