Preamble
Ideas can only become reality ...when they are sold implemented and ultimately profitable. It does not matter who we are….WE ALL HAVE TO SELL or MANAGE …a business plan to bankers an invention to investors or a solution for a need. We all have to “get things done”.

Objective
The instructor and guest lecturers will help you understand how to apply business development and sales management tools in today’s environment. We will take you into the mind of the CEO and how successful businesses will make decisions for tomorrow. Executive senior level B2B guest lecturers will share their experiences and insight. Upon the completion of this course you will be able to create apply and manage value propositions that distinguish you from the competition and support customer success.

You will acquire practical knowledge mixed with theory to ethically apply business development and sales management “Tools”.

Requirements for this course are
1.Attendance
2.Active participation
3.Final exam is 90 of your grade. Students will be assigned to teams. Each individual on the team will create individual case studiesdocuments related to the application of sales sales management and business development tools. A team leader will be appointed to present the collective documents. Active participation and attendance is 10 of your grade.
