Business leaders face legal and ethical issues constantly. To recognize that a legal problem even exists business leaders have to have a basic understanding of the legal environment in which they operate; both personally and professionally. This course will provide such an overview so that students will appreciate the existence of such legal issues. Similarly the course will provide a framework for ethical decison making in the business setting. Class discussions and work assignments will concrate on law and ethics cases presented in lectures and textual material. (10/11 - DT)
