The course examines the strategies for conducting business outside the United States, international contracts, the shipment of goods, export and import restrictions, financing of international transactions, antitrust regulations, protection of intellectual property, sales of services, and electronic transacting. We will examine specific cases that have arisen in each of these areas to illustrate problems, frustrations, and potentials for success. (Rev. 11/09 - DH)
